What we collect
Account details: your name, email address and password hash. Order details: what you bought, your destination, and your delivery address. Application documents: photographs of your driving licence and a portrait photograph.
We also collect basic technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed — to keep the service running and secure.
Why we need it
Licence images and personal details are used solely to prepare the document you ordered and to verify that the licence is genuine. Delivery details are used to ship it. Email is used for receipts, issue notifications and support.
We do not sell traveller data. We do not share it with rental companies, insurers or advertisers.
How long we keep it
Uploaded licence and portrait images are encrypted at rest and purged from processing storage 30 days after your document ships.
Order records are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted. Account records are deleted on request.
Processors we use
Stripe processes payments. Supabase hosts our database and authentication. Couriers receive the delivery address needed to ship your booklet. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your account and its contents. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to identity documents is restricted to the reviewers who need it, and every access is logged.
