Guarantees
What we promise, in plain terms.
No claim forms, no 30-day windows, no proof-of-refusal paperwork. Four promises, and the limits of each stated honestly.
Refused at your destination? Every cent back.
If the country you told us about does not accept the document we recommended for it, we refund the whole order — the booklet, the shipping, all of it. Tell us what happened and where. We do not require a police report, a written refusal from the rental desk, or photographs of anything.
Why: We publish what each destination expects before you pay. If we got that wrong, the mistake is ours to carry, not yours.
Free reissue for any error on the document.
A wrong name, licence number or vehicle category is fixed at no cost — digitally straight away, and in print on the next dispatch. This applies regardless of who made the error, including when it was a typo in your own application.
Why: An argument about whose fault a misspelling was is worth less than the customer, and it is the sort of thing that turns a good service into a bad review.
Cancel any time before we print.
Nothing goes to production until you receive the dispatch email. Until that moment you can cancel for a full refund with no reason required and no questions asked.
Why: You should not be locked into a purchase because a queue moved slower than expected.
One free reship if a parcel is lost.
Tracked courier delivery sometimes fails. If your booklet goes missing in transit we send another at our cost, once, without asking you to chase the carrier first.
Why: You bought a document, not a tracking number.
What we will not promise
The limits matter more than the promises. A guarantee is only worth something if you know where it stops.
We cannot guarantee an individual official or rental desk.
Acceptance is decided by the law of the country you are driving in and by the policy of the company renting you a vehicle. Anyone promising you a specific desk will say yes is guessing. What we guarantee is the refund if the destination we advised on refuses it.
We are not a government agency.
We are a private document preparation service. We do not issue national driving licences and hold no authority to. The permit is a translation of the licence you already have.
The permit never travels alone.
It is valid only alongside your national licence. If your licence has expired or been suspended, the permit is void with it and no refund applies.
Forged licences are refused and reported.
Submitting an altered, suspended or revoked licence is a criminal offence in most jurisdictions. Those applications are refused, nothing is refunded, and they may be reported.
Refund questions
What if my international driving permit is not accepted?
If the destination you told us about refuses the document we recommended for it, we refund the order in full including the printed booklet and its shipping. Tell us what happened and where — we do not ask for a police report or a written refusal.
How long do I have to claim a refund?
For a refusal at your destination, for as long as the permit we issued was valid. For a cancellation, at any point before the booklet goes to production.
Do I need to return the booklet to get a refund?
No. Posting a booklet back across a border costs more than it is worth to us and delays your money.
What if I made a mistake on my application?
We reissue free of charge. The digital copy is corrected straight away and a corrected booklet goes out on the next dispatch, whoever made the error.
The full terms are in our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
